Rosemary Lee is a Sydney-based artist whose detailed drawings capture the urban landscapes and local flora of her hometown, Ashfield. Working in coloured pencil, graphite and charcoal, Lee creates richly layered works that transform everyday scenes into vibrant, atmospheric compositions. Lee is the recipient of the Dobell Drawing Prize and Waverley Art Prize, and has been a finalist in the Portia Geach Memorial Portrait Prize and Brett Whiteley Travelling Scholarship. She is represented by Nasha Gallery.
