Black Friday Sale — Returns & Exchanges

All purchases made during our Black Friday promotional period are final sale.

Refunds and returns are not accepted on any sale or promotional items. Exchanges for sizing are permitted, subject to product availability. If your size is unavailable, you may select an alternative style or request a store credit.

We encourage you to review our Size Guide before ordering.

Please allow extra time for your exchange to be processed and re-shipped during this busy period. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

DISCOUNT POLICY

Please note that we are unable to apply discounts retroactively to orders placed prior to the start of a sale or promotion. All discounts and promotional offers are only valid during the advertised promotional period and cannot be applied to past purchases. We appreciate your understanding and support.

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS

It is very important to us that you love your pieces and that they fit correctly, so we accept returns on all full priced-items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure your return request meets the following before submitting your request:

  • Your item must be returned, together with the original invoice, within 14 days of delivery.
  • Make sure to keep the receipt from the post office which includes the tracking number of your return.
  • Your item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free from any odour.
  • Your item must be in its original condition, this includes all original packaging, including your corn-starch bag if not torn.
  • Your item must be purchased at full price.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We accept international returns within 14 days of receiving your order. However, please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. The item must meet all return eligibility criteria stated above. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • If your return meets our policy, please submit your order number and email to our Returns Portal.
  • Please wait for us to approve your return request. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to review your order.
  • Once approved, please post your parcel to the address provided. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for return items are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we have received your parcel, we will process your refund/exchange for you. Please allow 1-3 business days for your parcel to be processed and 3-5 business days for your refund to be issued.

EXCHANGES
