Initiate return or exchange

Returns 

It is very important to us that you love your pieces and that they fit correctly, so we accept returns on all full priced-items within 14 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure your return request meets the following before submitting your request:

- Your item must be returned, together with the original invoice, within 14 days of delivery.
- Your item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free from any odour.
- Your item must be in its original condition, this includes all original packaging,  including your corn-starch bag if not torn.
- Your item must be purchased at full price.

 

Return Instructions

- If your return meets our policy, please submit your order number and email to our Returns Portal.

- Please wait for us to approve your return request. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to review your order.

- Once approved, please post your parcel to the address provided. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for return items are the responsibility of the customer. 

- Once we have received your parcel, we will process your refund/exchange for you. Please allow 1-3 business days for your parcel to be processed and 3-5 business days for your refund to be issued.

 

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure your exchange request meets the above criteria under 'returns' and the item requested is of equal or less value.

 

Exchange Instructions

- If your exchange meets our policy, please submit your order number and email to our Exchange Portal.

- Please wait for us to approve your exchange request. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to review your order.

- Once approved, please post your parcel to the address provided. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer. 

- Once we have received your parcel, we will process your refund/exchange for you. Please allow 1-3 business days for your parcel to be processed and 3-5 business days for your exchange to be dispatched.

 

Sale items: We do not accept returns on items purchased during a promotional sale period or on markdown/final sale products. Please note, discounts cannot be applied or refunded on orders made prior to promotion.

AfterPay Day promotion: we do not accept returns on items purchased during our AfterPay Day promotional sale period. All sale items are final sale and discounted as marked. Please note, discounts cannot be applied or refunded on orders made prior to promotion.

*Sale excludes: Tees, pre-order items and gift cards.
