Black Friday Sale — Terms & Conditions

All purchases made during our Black Friday promotional period are final sale. We do not accept refunds or returns on any sale or promotional items.

Exchanges for sizing are permitted, subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, you may select an alternative style or request a store credit. Please note that order cancellations or changes cannot be made once your order is placed.

Due to the high volume of orders during this period, processing and dispatch times may be slightly delayed. Thank you for your understanding and for shopping with Avenue the Label during our busiest time of year.

Please read our terms and conditions carefully as making a purchase signifies acceptance of these terms. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Every transaction is governed by the terms and conditions in place at the time of the transaction.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time. Customers are responsible for reshipping charges due to incorrect address entered at checkout. Amendments to orders can be made by contacting avenue via email and speaking with someone who will then receive permission to change the order. If an order has already been dispatched we will not be able to exchange the product.

Avenue the Label is not responsible for any parcels that are lost, misplaced or stolen once dispatched from our warehouse. Any specific inquiries should be directed towards our customer service team via our chatbot or email at info@avenuethelabel.com.

Prices are not inclusive of customs duties and taxes. Shipping costs will not be refunded to those who refuse to pay import taxes upon the arrival of their goods resulting in their parcel being returned to sender.
