How do I make a payment?
Avenue accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Afterpay.
How does Afterpay work?
Afterpay allows you to complete your purchase now and make equal fortnightly payments. Purchases can be made using Afterpay for values up to $1,200.
How much does shipping cost?
We want you to receive your Avenue product fast which is why we ONLY offer express shipping for international delivery via Australia Post and DHL.
Shipping for international orders:
- $10 USD Flat Fee (10-15 business days) via Australia Post Express
- $20 USD for DHL Express (3-7 business days) *This shipping option is only available for smaller items and excludes rigid straw and wool hats.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been completed you will receive a confirmation email followed by a notification email to inform you that your item has been dispatched. In this email you will receive your tracking number.
How do I cancel my order?
If you ordered an item that you do not want you can send it back to our warehouse after 14 days. You will need to first email us at email@example.com to request the refund or exchange and we will reply with the instructions on how to send back your item.
Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on any marked down items. We are only able to make a refund or exchange on full priced items.
How do I return or exchange an item?
This is easy! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org (please put your order number in the subject line) and we will respond to you ASAP with instructions on how to return your item.
Are there additional fees for duties and taxes?
If you live outside of Australia and depending on your country, your package may be subject to duties and taxes costs. These costs will not be paid by Avenue.
What if I received a faulty item?
Please send a photo of your faulty item to email@example.com and we will respond ASAP with instruction to resolve the issue.

I received my hat but it doesn’t fit right, what are my options?
We understand that a perfect fit is essential. If your hat or headband doesn't fit you, send it back to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
How do I care for my hat?
It is important to store your hat correctly, we suggest storing your hat on a shelf and ensuring the hat is flipped upside down on it’s crown. You can also hang your hat on a wall or store it in a hat box. We suggest to not store your hat in the car as the heat and sunlight will discolour and damage the shape.
How do I clean my hat?
To clean your hat we suggest to take a soft bristled brush or lint roller to clean off any dust. You can also spot clean your hat by getting a damp cloth and wiping it gently.
How do I clean my headband?
To remove dust use a lint roller or to remove any stains best to spot clean.
