Avenue accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Afterpay.
Afterpay allows you to complete your purchase now and make equal fortnightly payments. Purchases can be made using Afterpay for values up to $1,200.
Avenue offers standard and express shipping within Australia. Standard shipping is $13 and express shipping is $18. Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $20.00.
We understand that a perfect fit is essential. If your hat or headband doesn't fit you, send it back to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
We ship worldwide!
Once your order has been completed you will receive a confirmation email followed by a notification email to inform you that your item has been dispatched. In this email you will receive your tracking number.
If you ordered an item that you do not want you can send it back to our warehouse within 14 days. You will need to first email us at info@avenuethelabel.com to request the refund or exchange and we will reply with the instructions on how to send back your item.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on any marked down items. We are only able to make a refund or exchange on full priced items.
This is easy! Please contact us at info@avenuethelabel.com (please put your order number in the subject line) and we will respond to you ASAP with instructions on how to return your item.
If you live outside of Australia and depending on your country, your package may be subject to duties and taxes costs. These costs will not be paid by Avenue.
Please send a photo of your faulty item to info@avenuethelabel.com and we will respond ASAP with instruction to resolve the issue.

It is important to store your hat correctly, we suggest storing your hat on a shelf and ensuring the hat is flipped upside down on it’s crown. We suggest to not store your hat in the car as the heat and sunlight will discolour and damage the shape.
To clean your hat we suggest to take a soft bristled brush or lint roller to clean off any dust. You can also spot clean your hat by getting a damp cloth and wiping it gently.
To remove dust use a lint roller or to remove any stains best to spot clean.

All Black Friday orders are final sale, and we’re unable to offer refunds or returns on any promotional items. If you need to exchange your hat for a different size, we’re happy to assist — exchanges are available while stock lasts.
If your preferred size isn’t available, you can choose another style or request a store credit. We recommend checking our Size Guide before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit
Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended — please take care to review your details before checking out.
Due to the high order volume, please allow for additional processing time for both orders and exchanges.
