COVID-19 continues to impact our health and safety, affecting the lives of individuals as well as businesses everyday across the globe. As a small business, we are taking the recommended guidelines very seriously and we would like to share with you how we plan to protect our company and our customers. We are following all the necessary steps and carefully following the practices provided by the Australian Government.
Our warehouse in Sydney is dispatching all our online orders promptly and on time, Monday to Friday. It follows all the guidelines of the World Health Organisation and government authorities to ensure the sanitary standards are respected.
Although we are promptly dispatching orders from our warehouse, it is expected that international orders will be delayed. Unfortunately these delays, which are due to flight cancellations and government restrictions, are completely out of our control. Specific destinations have currently suspended delivery during this time. During this time, we have decided to not send any international orders via standard post. We are now offering complimentary express shipping via Australia Post, and delivery time is approximately 15-20 business days. We are now also offering DHL Express as an option. This shipping option is only available for smaller items and excludes rigid straw and wool hats.
