Curious by the quiet ways people interact with their surroundings, she creates work that offers pause - playfully transforming overwhelming emotion into stillness. Drawing from design principles, her compositions balance structure and whimsy, giving flat shapes depth and static elements movement. After years working as a digital designer, Cat deliberately avoids any computer assistance, conceptualising and painting every work by hand.
