AVENUE ACCEPTS THE RETURN OF UNWORN ITEMS IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH THE ORIGINAL INVOICE WITHIN 14 ORDER RECEIPT FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND. 
PURCHASES MADE AT AVENUE STOCKISTS, ARE SUBJECT TO RETURN POLICIES OF THAT VENDOR AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN VIA POST DIRECTLY TO AVENUE. 
AVENUE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN PARCELS THAT ARE LOST. IN TURN, WE SUGGEST RETURNING THE PARCEL USING A REGISTERED POSTAL SERVICE.
